We invest between £50k and £500k in a round.

Do you do follow on investments?

Yes, we may look to follow on providing internal KPIs have been met. We tend not to follow on past Series A.

Is earlymarket a fund?

Earlymarket is not a fund. The investment capital is provided on a case by case basis from one family.

do you invest in companies outside of the core themes?

Since we have recently redefined our investment themes, it is unlikely we will invest outside of these. But we always welcome new and disruptive opportunities for review.

WHat stake do you typically take?

We like to be a minority shareholder. We look at each investment on a case by case basis.

AS An investor, DO YOU REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL terms?

We do not require any special treatment or share preferences, as long as we have the same rights as other investors.

do you invest at a specific valuation?

No, as long as we agree that the valuation is justified.

Do you provide non-equity funding?

We have previously but this is less common. We prefer equity rounds.
